Evangelos Moshopoulos is qualified in English as well as Greek law. He is a holder of English law degree (LLB) and also he has finished Greek law School in the University of Komotini in Thrace. He has obtained two master degrees one in Maritime law (LLM) from the University of Southampton and one in Banking and finance (LLM) from Queen Mary University.
He is keen, and enthusiastic person who has the ability to interpret, draft and negotiate legal documentation in a way which provides the highest quality of service to all.
Evangelos has the ability to communicate in a professional manner and present legal and commercial matters clearly to lay people. In terms of property law he can draft and explain to the clients all the steps of the transaction so as they know where they stand legalwise. This seems important especially for potential buyers who wish to purchase property in Greece and they need a fluent English and competent lawyer.
He is a lecturer in the Merchant Marine Academy of Kefalonia teaching Maritime law, Maritime History and International Conventions such as MARPOL and STCW. Moreover he is member of Kefalonian bar Association since 2004.
