The Greek government is planning to raise the tax for the transfer of ownership for the second time (the first being last year) at the beginning
of 2007, additionally a third raise will take place at the beginning of 2008.
Therefore it would be wise for prospective buyers to buy before the end of
this year since this may save tax money and fees
respectively.
